Open Home Planner stores the agency settings, staff details, Start Locations, properties and planning preferences your agency enters. Your agency administrator is your contact for access, correction and deletion requests.

Location processing

When you request address resolution or road travel, relevant property addresses, staff Start Locations or their place identifiers are sent to Google Maps. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to its processing. Staff Start Locations are operational information and are not included in routing logs.

The application retains your entered addresses, Google place identifiers and confirmation metadata. Google search suggestions, formatted addresses, coordinates and route durations are used transiently and are not saved in the application database.

Access and authentication

Supabase provides authentication and hosted PostgreSQL storage. Sign-in cookies maintain your session. Business records are available through this application only to authenticated members of your agency. The agency controls account provisioning and record deletion.
